Hi,
We have multiple emplyees and customers using codafone and it seems vodafone have blocked our company servers IP's.
They can be access from every network and every wifi but never when using vodafone 4g, I have attached a screenshot and a traceroute below.
Could you please tell me who I can contatc to get this resolved?
As you can see below they are getting blocked at 195.2.24.110 which is part of the vodafone network.
The ip's of our servers are 5.77.55.150 and 5.77.55.160

@GarveysIT Thanks for raising this to us.
Are your servers currently configured correctly? To do this, you'll need to ensure that the correct IP address is configured in your Apache settings and DNS records. Please let us know how you get on after checking this.

Hi Natasha,
Yes, they have been checked by myself and the engineers in the datacentre, we have no issues with any other network other than vodafone, you can see clearlky by the logs above that vodafone is blocking theit users from connecting to the server IPs.
Can they be added to a whitelist or unblocked please?

Thanks for getting back to me @GarveysIT.
I've sent this across to our specialists who will now work on this. Once I have an update from them, I'll update you on this thread.

Hello, sorry to HiJack this thread.
I signed up to Vodafone today from EE, I run my own VPS server also with eUKhost who coincidentaly is who GarveysIT is with that Vodafone has blocked.
As per GarveysIT request to have his server IP address removed from Vodafone blacklist, can you please remove my server's I{ address from this blacklist also: NOW FIXED
Can you please confirm you have received and are processing this request.

I had a suspicion that the issue would be wider than just my servers, I have had to loan many clients alternative deivces on different networks until this is resolved, can we have an update please?

@GarveysIT @dantheman9284 Hi both, we're currently in contact with the relevant team and as soon as we have any update on why these servers are being blocked, we'll be sure to update this thread.

@GarveysIT @dantheman9284 Hi both, our specialists have advised that they've recently made some changes which should resolve this.
Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues and if so, please confirm your traceroute from a mobile phone and we can raise this back to the team.

we can not send emails to vodafone and we got below error message that mail server is black listed ??
