Vodafone contract ended last year; still showing on credit report?

Hi

I ended my Vodafone pay monthly contract last year with no outstanding payments but it is still showing as live on my credit file?

Can anyone help with who I should contact or what I can do to have this removed?

As this is a public forum, there's no account access here.   However, if you drop a note to the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter, they'll be able to take your details privately and get this checked for you.  It's possible that the credit files simply haven't updated yet.
