I have been a Vodafone customer for many years, and have been eligible for an upgrade for several months, sadly none of the upgrade plans on offer have been suitable, I found an alternative plan (still with Vodafone) via a 3rd party (mobiles.co.uk) includes handset and pay monthly contract. The new handset has arrived, and off course it comes with a new number, I need to terminate the old Vodafone contract, and add the new contact to My Vodafone, I understand I can keep my number? Is this possible> If so how do I go about it? If not possible, how do I get the new contract and new number added to My Vodafone app? I have chatted via webchat and live with an advisor over the phone, we appear to have gotten cut off! Thanks in advance for any advise / help / assistance you can offer.
