Hi
looking to gain some information on my partners defaulted account. But hitting a brick wall trying to contact Voda via customer services.
ideally looking for email or direct number to bad credit/ collections team . Account has been defaulted on a few credit search sites (2016) but has recently been resubmitted as a current account and a massive difference in outstanding amounts? Any help appreciated. Thanks Steve

Ask the account holder to engage with the Vodafone Social Media Teams as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Teams @SteveGuilb123
Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
The Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing so there is no email address or phone number for them.
There is also no account support via this forum anymore.

Hello,
It appears I am in the same situation as this user.
I have arrears with Vodafone that I would like to pay but I have had no luck with Vodafone customer service as it was several years ago that I had an account and I dont not remember any of my log in details.
Any advice would be most welcome.
Thanks, Mr J Wallwork

Frontline customer services wont have any access even if you could give them details. Contact the Social Media team via Facebook or Twitter and they can escalate this to Credit File Support. They will have the full history and can sort this for you.

Afraid I don't have Facebook or twitter, is there any other way I could get in contact with the credit file team?

Most businesses do customer relations via social media these days, so it's worth having an account even if you only use it for this purpose. Twitter is probably best for that.
You could try asking normal customer service to esacalate the matter for you, but social media is, honestly, better.
