Vodafone have cancelled my contract!!!

My phone has just been cut off, when I log into my online account it says my contract has been cancelled. I have no idea why my contract has been cancelled, it should not have been, I just upgraded to a new plan a couple of weeks ago!

 

I can't call Vodafone to have this fixed because I don't have a working phone, I can't talk to the social media team via Facebook because they try to send a verification text but I have no working phone to receive this on, it says all agents are busy when I try the live chat online.

 

This is a massive issue for me and I need it fixed immediately, someone from Vodafone please help!

Let the Vodafone Social Media Team here catch up with your thread and they'll bring you in away from the open forum via a private message and they'll access your account to help and explain what's happening @customer112211 

 

A Vodafone Highstreet Store should also be able to let you use their in house phone to call customer services if you want.
