So I got a Apple Watch 7 and went thru the one number online it shows ON HOLD STATUS. Eventually got thru to someone who spent 15 mins doing it manually came across issue and said hold please a further 36 mins on hold and it went off. So I called up again and got someone that did same process and said can take up to 24 hour hours to go live I have ZERO confidence in anyone I speak to at Vodafone I been went in to Twitter and they said my data protection info was wrong. How weird when I screen shot it to them that matched my account
vodafone network is ok but the minute you need help or assistance they are clueless and pass the buck , drop calls. Contemplating cancelling after 10 years

Ok guys so after a month vodafone managed to pair the watch but it gets worse.
when the watch is off and I make a call in my iPhone the receiver of call no longer gets a call from my own number it’s the watch number
the settings in iPhone are set at PRIMARY which is my mobile number just tried it 3 times and my number of 10 years not showing Farcical when I use my mobile for business and no one recognises the number
re raised my complaint file
