My number moved back from PAYG to PAYM today and all is working as it should be, however I’m not being alerted to new voicemails when they arrive, either by normal icon alerts or when visual voicemail is set up - the message doesn’t get downloaded. Calling 121 will retrieve the messages…. reboot hasn’t fixed. Any ideas?
