Hello,
All the family members, including myself have noticed that Voicemail is not properly working.
People can leave a message, but none of us are being notified in the usual way that we have a voicemail message. All we do get is obviously a missed call message on our phones. We have both android and IOS phones.
We all had a few left messages dating back about 2 weeks, which is pretty useless.
We have went into all the voicemail settings in 121 and have set up everything as we have always done for the past 20 odd years, and ensured that everything is set up.
I was going to try the Vodafone Live Chat option, but its a pure gamble if you get anyone, no matter what time you try.
Is anyone else in the UK having this issue ?

I generally find that the Social Media team are best for queries that don't have an obvious or quick answer. They can take the details and then go away and find a solution, rather than trying to do it while you're on the end of a phone or chat connection.
