I've just received a Voxi sim online, followed instructions and paid for a plan. SIM still not working, I don't have access to mobile number as the SIM has no reception and even though I've registered online, can't seem to sign in to Voxi online either. I can't get hold of anyone over the phone or Facebook messenger to resolve the issue. I need help asap.

Could it be your phone @hndtuna ?
Is it unlocked to accept a voxi sim card.
If you have an alternative unlocked to all networks phone please try your sim in it.

After you have registered your SIM it can take up to 24 hours for the SIM to activate. As you are having problems speaking to Voxi I would recommend contacting Vodafone through Twitter or Facebook here: Contact Us
they will be able to help.
