Voxi sim not working

after following voxi instruction to put sim number in and choosing my package and making payment my sim is not activating, it just says emergency calls only. I phone is unlocked on all networks so it can't be that i have left a message on facebook but no reply as of yet. Can someone help because its really frustrating as voxi don't have a call centre. After researching i found out that voxi is part of vodaphone. Also the password i setup on voxi wont let me login i know the password is correct. Thank you

Hi @ubereat, when did you activate the VOXI SIM Card? Are you bringing a number over from another network? If so, this could affect the activation time 🙂 Mark 

I bought a new sim  And paid on 19th October.but nothing is happen so far.still showing no service.

Hey there @harrydowning123 - I'm disappointed to hear your SIM isn't up and running! Just to check, did you request to transfer your number from another network at the same time as activating your SIM? If so, your VOXI SIM won't activate until the number transfer is completed 👍

If you didn't request a number transfer then your SIM should be active by now, could you drop our VOXI team a message of Facebook (VOXI) or Twitter (@VOXI_UK) so that they can look into this please?

Sorry to hear that @mustafa_miah - as @Mark has mentioned above it can take up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate and you'll be able to access your online account once this has completed.

It has been over 24 hours since I activated my SIM, and it still won't work. I am switching from Vodafone, and my old number has been deactivated so can't use that either. My old Vodafone account has also been deactivated. Please help!

Right. However, I have already set up an account and recurring payment. Is there a way I can cancel this then recreate an account with a new number and new SIM card? Also, I have no way to access my account as the SIM does not work so can't receive the required code to login which is normally sent through text.

Hi was there a resolution to this as ive been waiting 72 hours and keep getting told to wait 24 hours and rinse and repeat getting no were
