Voxi sim not working

after following voxi instruction to put sim number in and choosing my package and making payment my sim is not activating, it just says emergency calls only. I phone is unlocked on all networks so it can't be that i have left a message on facebook but no reply as of yet. Can someone help because its really frustrating as voxi don't have a call centre. After researching i found out that voxi is part of vodaphone. Also the password i setup on voxi wont let me login i know the password is correct. Thank you

exactly the same problem obviously poxyvoxi don’t know what they are doing, why they don’t update their website to explain that they are having issues. The feedback for this company is just rubbish shame I didn’t know this before confirming my reoccurring credit card payment. I checked and saw Voxi were part of Vodaphone so assumed they would be professional, what a joke and Vodaphone don’t want to help either. 

Now  working but if you were informed that there could be a delay of several hours before anything worked it would be much less annoying 

I have went though all of the instructions and I have even got a email saying it was payed and got my reference number. Although when I put my SIM card it doesn’t work . When I try to login it also doesn’t let me because it says it sent a one time password but I can’t access because the sim isn’t working

I activated my voxi sim 24 hours ago and I bought a package but it’s still not working. I contacted you guys on twitter but still haven’t received a reply back, what do I do now????
