Hi I took out a pay monthly contract 30 days ago and still not received a SIM card so have no service.
Have contacted Vodafone but they won’t help me as I can’t receive the security code (as have no SIM card ) and after going through all the security questions, they keep asking me to log into my account and tell them my monthly payment. My contract is for £39 but they tell me this is not correct, but when I try to register an account to check the details I just keep getting an error message.
I have my written contract from them I received in the post that states my monthly contract price, but they won’t accept this
im going round in circles as can’t access any of this as not been sent my SIM card, but they won’t send it to me unless I can access my online account 🤷♀️
Anyone t we use had this problem,
