A simple Google search for Vodafone watch upgrades brings up the result "you can upgrade from 3 months with Vodafone, just go to devices in the my Vodafone app"
However despite having 2 smart watches which the contracts expire on from next month, the my Vodafone app only shows my mobile devices and not the watches. How can I upgrade or cancel without the drawn out process of ringing?

You will be cancelling One Number and disconnecting the device @Theonlyscott , the only Teams who can process the cancellation are live chat or calling 191 from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040191 from any other phone.

But why is there no option for the upgrade or date for renewal. I don't want to be charged excess like with a previous watch as they continued the plan after the contract expired at £25 a month

As far as is known @Theonlyscott , when you are closer to the end of contract the amount to pay will change and you will be be able to see the option to cancel the watch contracts in the Application.
If you cancel you will still be able to use the watch as a bluetooth device for media access etc.
