When trying to use my account on both Web & Mobile App I get this message [Error ref 1w0]

I upgraded my phone in Early-Mid September and ever since the upgrade my account no longer works.

 

I have spoke to MULTIPLE help/assistance staff and every single time I have to explain what is going on and they have given me different scenarios about why my profile isn't working and they have all said it should be fine after 48-72 hours, which is a complete lie as my account STILL does not work after 2 months. This is what shows when I try to use my account on the Web. I have tried MULTIPLE browsers, and still get this message. I cannot access my bills. I cannot access literally anything on my account.

 

I was told by the help staff that it was due to having two billing profiles on my account and that it would be fixed once they merged. So I agreed to the merge and my account worked for one day and then went back to this.

 

I can see my Bills on the MyVodafone app and ever since they merged my account I have a £54.03 extra charge to my account: MPS Line Rental. I have no idea what this is or why it is there! 

 

Someone please, please help.
