Where is my new phone?

I ordered a new iPhone 13 last saturday and was promised it for tuesday - nothing and then promised it would arrive friday - nothing and now it is impossible to get any sense out of the system which can only tell me the order is confirmed!  How do I find out when it will arrive?

There has been a few recent similar threads to yours @Crookie which are available via a forum search. These may hold some helpful information within them.

It does appear that Vodafone are experiencing some delays.

People are being advised the following......

" we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and your delivery may be delayed by 24 hours. To check the progress of your order please visit Vodafone.co.uk/trackmyorder

Our courier DPD will be in touch when they have your parcel to let you know your one hour delivery slot " 

Customer services via Live Chat or Customer services on 191 or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger are the departments that can help.
