Hello, as per the title.
I have stood within 5G coverage areas, in line of sight of a 5G mast and still not received the signal, despite friends who are receiving 5G signal (same phone and network).
I have double checked and tripe checked that the settings are correct (followed guides on Vodafone website and in store).
I have also had a SIM swap as I went to the store to complain about this issue - the SIM swap has not resolved the issue.
Does anybody have any advice/assistance?

Ask Vodafone customer services to ensure that 5G has been provisioned on your account ,and to flush your account if necessary, i.e., reset the account.
And if you can go into something similar to Settings > Connections > Ensure 5G is chosen.

Hello. Vodafone Chat have told me that the account is provisioned with 5G. I have been referred to the technical team on: 03333 040 191,

Try a 2way SIM-swap. You mention "a SIM swap has not resolved", but not specifics of why or what happened?
Put your SIM in a known working phone, what result?
Put a known working SIM in your phone, what result?
What do you receive instead of NR-5G? Is your phone falling back to LTE-4G?
