WiFi Calling Option Missing In Settings (Samsung Galaxy A42 5G)

I recently moved house and to my dismay, I found there is no mobile signal in my house. It's a new build, and as such, I can't even get a landline due to the new direct fibre technology connecting directly to my house.
So, I need WiFi calling, or else I'll be cut off from the world by phone, in 2021.......

I was on EE for about 15 years but made the plunge to change to Vodafone in early March 2021 due to a cheap deal at Carphone Warehouse (CPW) for a Samsung Galaxy A42 5G. 

I received the phone and put my old EE sim card into it before my services transferred over to Vodafone. 

For 2 or 3 days at the end of my EE contract I had blissfully perfect WiFi calling. It was available to turn on in >> Phone >> 3 dots >> Settings.

Anyway, a few days later, my EE sim stopped working and I inputted the Vodafone sim and connected to my new life on Vodafone. 

I immediately noticed WiFi calling had switched off for some reason, so I went into Phone >> 3 dots >> Settings.....and the option for WiFi calling had disappeared.

I contacted the web chat team at Vodafone. They told me to text "calling" to 97888. I got a text saying it would be activated within 24 hrs.

It wasn't.

I went back to the web chat team. They manually sent something to my phone. I got a text saying it had been enabled and to restart my phone. I did this, and went into settings, and still, the WiFi calling option wasn't there.
The web chat team sent another setting to my phone. I got a slightly different text telling me it had been set-up and to restart my phone. Again, to no avail.

I have tried again on web chat and they have done the exact same as the day before, and still I cannot get the option to turn it on.
He has ordered a new sim card to my phone, but I doubt that'll work. If it doesn't work, and if nobody can let me know a solution, I'll have to end my contract, as I won't be able to use my mobile phone at home for calls. 
Does anyone have any ideas? 
My phone is up-to-date. No updates available.
The WiFi calling option is turned on in the Vodafone account online/in the app. 
I have tried restarting my phone in airplane mode and also without the SIM card inserted.

This is tearing my hair out. Please can someone give me something new.

Hey there @hpc_30 - How odd! Do you have the latest software update on your phone? 

Could you send over a screenshot of the 'Settings' section in your Phone app please? 📸
