Wifi Calling Not Provisioned After Factory Reset Pixel 3XL

Im a pay monthly customer under a different email address. 1 week today i had to factory reset my phone due to google pushing a tiny systemplay service update that wasnt meant for the pixel 3xl,  they rectified it quickly but i was one that suffered all my data being corrupted. After factory reseting ....i can no longer get wifi calling to provision, volte is working however. I know its down to your server and dont want to be messed around with all the ...have to done this and have you done that rubbish, ive been through this before with the sure signal box that i aventually took a hammer to out of principal after you decided to update your server 2 weeks later and got it working. EE UK wifi calling works flawless, The other phone which is now unlocked from EE UK is now running the other number tied to this account with wifi calling from you...without a glitch. Everything on my account is setup and ready for wifi calling... everything. Ive texted 97888 just about every 24 hours an some trying to get the phone provisioned. Ive been on live chat ...who said they refreshed something ant to try again 30 mins after, that was monday....still no wifi calling. I took out my sim and put in the EE sim and used it for a few days over wifi. I put my voda sim in just before writing this and still no toggle. Can you please get back asap. Been a customer since day one when you first had car phones, so i know its a server setting issue.

It's a shame that your phone manufacturer has pushed out an update they shouldn't have done in the first place which has now as you say messed up Calling Over Wifi which now Vodafone UK now are trying to rectify.

If this was my phone I'd certainly be venting at the manufacturer and not the network that's trying to get this working again.

That said there is no account access via this forum anymore.

A person needing help that involves accessing their account needs to go through 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

I think I am in the same situation as you 😢. Everything you have said in your first post seems to be happening to me (including texting the 97888 number multiple times!)

 

My VoLTE is provisioned but the wifi calling is not. How did you solve the issue?

@jamiehughes  - I'm sorry to hear you're not getting anywhere with setting the WiFi Calling on your phone. I know you may have already tried this, please can you double check that it's switched on and set up on your phone itself? 

If it is, then please come and talk to my team through Social Media

Alternatively go through to tech team and ask them to send the configuration using VDC software they have. Worked for me.
