May I assume you want the YouTube premium that comes with the Vodafone Entertainment Package i.e music-tv-and-sport.
This is part of the eligible tariffs to choose one of them.

You would have to clarify with Vodafone customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as I believe you can't simply add this to a non eligible tariff and may need to see if you can upgrade your tariff. Meaning it's not a pay to add on service.
The other route is to pay a monthly subscription via your YouTube for YouTube Premium which is around £12 per month.
