hi, my account was under my dads name as i was under 18, when i turned 18 i had the account transferred to me.
I am due an upgrade but when i try and speak to someone at Vodafone about this, one advisor says the account isn't under my name and another advisor says its under my name but my date of birth is incorrect, so neither of them will speak to me about it.
With this problem I am thinking of moving to another service unless someone can help me get things sorted please?
any ideas on how i go about it please?
