Hello. I upgraded my iPhone from 13 to 15 I already had an eSIM. I wanted to find out how to transfer the sim. Vodafone has no resources to guide you and the staff had no idea.
the solution is actually very simple so I though I would write it here so other can find out easier than me
Turn out Apple has it all in hand. When you switch your new phone on, it takes you through different steps including transferring your number. Easy as that.
