my phone won't make calls or send sms, vodafone say they are too busy to help

My phone and sim were stolen, vodafone sent a replacement  sim, i bought a phone, completed the simswap registration but calls and texts still won't work.

That will be due to a lost or stolen bar on the account @mikeytip that needs to be removed by Customer Services.
