new contract questions about My Vodafone

Hi, I ordered a new SIMO via a 3rd party sim today, my question is I was a Vodafone customer in the past around 2 years ago, I can still login into My Vodafone it shows details of my old closed account.

I was wondering will my old closed account be re-open and new sim added or will it be a new account with Vodafone if its a new account number is it possible to use the same email address as the old one when registering for my Vodafone or would it be better to use a different email.

It may be possible to delete the old account information from the system to enable you to set up a new online account using the same log in information @Razza . 

When you have the SIM drop the Social Team a message through social channels with a link to the thread by following this link Contact Us and they will be able to help and let you know the best way to get an account set up for the new number.

Thanks both for getting back, @Thomas_H  how dose that work do I just enter the same email address when registering on my Vodafone I take both the new and old account will show up when logged in.

You will create a new login for your new number which will be completely separate from the other account.
