hi, I'm not receiving phone calls but can receive text messages, I'm on a esim and turned off esim line, reset network settings, rebooted phone. everything seems to be working ok sending texts etc only not receiving phone calls is not working, . I'm getting calls from Vodafone CS rep, I've asked friends on Sky Mobile and three to call me but all they get is "this number is not being recognised, I've asked friends to call me on WhatsApp at the moment. Vodafone is calling me back in 3 hours time to if reset network settings etc has worked, but after doing everything they suggested, its still not working.
does anyone know what else I can do?
