no service 4 days after receiving SIM

Hello, last Saturday at a Vodafone store, I got a new SIM for a new line on my existing account.

 

After 4 days the new SIM is not yet active.

 

I complained several times, both at the store and to the online support and I always got the same answer: they alerted the technical team and they will make sure the SIM will be active in 24h.

 

Is there any other option to flag the issue to Vodafone? Clearly nothing is happening and there’s no point in me calling them every day and being given every day the same response.

 

Any suggestions?

@casaschi - I'm sorry to hear how long it's taking for the replacement SIM to activate. From what you've mentioned, it does sound like something in the background hasn't gone through. My team can take a look at what's happening. Please reach out to us through Social Media
