I've been recently been trying to order a S24 Ultra on Unlimited Data plan, however after i fill everything i need to fill in, tries to start a credit check but instantly heads back and says "somethings not right with your personal details".
Any idea on why it's doing this? All my personal details are correct so i have no idea why it's giving me this error message.

You probably need to speak to a customer services agent and check that everything is spot on, and that there is not a previous dead account maybe from an old address.

Check you credit file to make sure everything is up to date with matching information for Vodafone to complete the identity and credit check. There is further information from the website here: Credit Checks
