Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone can help me out.
I've Galaxy S7 Edge phone on small business pay monthly account. I wanted to use other network SIM with this phone. When I insert other netowrk's SIM it prompts me to enter PUK
sim network pin blocked enter sim network puk
I've contacted Vodafone at least 4 times in past 2 months to get this issue resolved but still no one in their team has been able to figure out what to do.
FYI I haven't entered any incorrect SIM/Code or any other thing in phone or have done anything wrong with SIM.
And yes I've already tried that link where you request NUC and also a PUK was provided by their support on chat. None of these helped. I don' tneed NUC. I need them to unlock phone to be used with any other SIM. There is nothing wrong with other netowrk SIM either it works perfectly on other unlocked phone.
It's vodafone who have to unlock phone to let me use it with any other SIM. How on the Earth I communicate this to them so that they understand it and resolve my issue.
Any help?

Hello ,
Thank you for your email.
We request you to kindly try the below reconfirmation code only once with the given Procedure.
What you need to do next
For IMEI: *********(your phone imei), we have re-confirmed from the manufacturer and they have provided new code for unlock your handset. Your code is **********.(=master code)
1. Insert Non Vodafone Sim Card
2. Turn on handset
3. Enter NUC
4. Handset should now be unlocked
Further, if above procedure does not work with the given code, we request you to use below mentioned another procedure along with the code mentioned.
1. Restart the phone with the new SIM Card inserted
2. You should be prompted for an unlock code
3. Enter the master code ******** (master code) and press unlock
4. The phone will display “Network Unlock Request Unsuccessful”
5. Enter the NETWORK UNLOCK Code *********(thats the code that u reseived 1st time NUC) and press unlock
6. The phone should display “Network Unlock Successful”
I Hope the above information is helpful.
if u phone back to vodafone ask them for MASTER CODE or try to say u have seen the same probleem in forums and mension this post

Hi i'm having the same problem as all the users in the forum, exactly the same experience. AHHHHH i have logged a call with the HD on 09/01/20 and the agent gave me this ref: (1-GSD77SH) so his colleague can follow up on the call if i call back for update. He said that they will request a MASTER CODE from manufacturer (Samsung) which i'm still waiting for. I have also seen the email add of: nucresolutions. hopefully they will help.

I am having similar problem using a local sim; SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK. Tried to call and web chat, told to contact Vonda to request an NUC. NUC received but didn’t work. Customer service is pretty useless. Then called again to get a PUK which didn’t work! Reading your similar issues I have emailed nucresolutions to get this MASTER code. Here’s hoping

@zed475 - This sounds like a frustrating experience with getting the correct code.
When a phone asks for a PUK, it usually means the incorrect SIM PIN has been entered more than three times. It’s strange that it isn’t working.
If you’re a Vodafone customer, we can help to look into what's happening.
Please follow the steps in this private message with how to send us your details.
When you contact us please also include the exact wording of what the phone’s requesting. 🙂
