Hello,

I recently bought a Cisco IP Phone SPA525G2 which is locked with the Vodafone OneNet firmware. How do I remove this firmware to use the phone with my own SIP server as I only plan to use the phone at home and therefore cant use OneNet.

Thanks!

I have messaged you directly.

Hi

I have been given a couple of handsets by a OneNet client who has been upgraded to nice colour display Huawei handsets. I would like to have a play with FreePBX but also need the admin password to do a factory reset. Can you send to me too please.

Hi could you PM me the details please? I have the same issue.

Hi, do I still have a chance to get such instructions? Stuck with an SPA525G2-RC and need to configure it with my own FreePBX-based SIP system.

Thanks in advance,

Nicolò.

Hey @NicoloBorghi, we're unable to help unlocking your phone or updating your firmware via our Community. If you contact our Onenet team, they maybe able to offer more help with this. There's also a number of threads on the Cisco Community pages with more information on updating your firmware.

Hi,

Send the information to me please.

Thank you

Tony
