Cisco SPA525G2

Hello,

I recently bought a Cisco IP Phone SPA525G2 which is locked with the Vodafone OneNet firmware. How do I remove this firmware to use the phone with my own SIP server as I only plan to use the phone at home and therefore cant use OneNet.

Hey @NicoloBorghi, we're unable to help unlocking your phone or updating your firmware via our Community. If you contact our Onenet team, they maybe able to offer more help with this. There's also a number of threads on the Cisco Community pages with more information on updating your firmware.
