Ive recently upgraded and looking to sell my old phone to a Tradein website, however there is a price difference betweem Vodafone and Unlocked.
However I think the phone is unlocked to any network. I dont get any vodafone start up image and also the box it came in are plain with Huawei branding.
I dont have a sim for another network to try, but does anyone know if they are locked to vodafone only?
Thanks,

Yes typically the phone supplied directly by Vodafone are locked to that network.
The only way to test is to try another different network sim card in it.
Perry a family, friends, work colleagues or another network's Payg sim card.
The fact that the phone does not have a Vodafone start up splash screen unfortunately does not mean it's unlocked and phones are typically supplied in a manufacturing box.
You can unlock it so it accepts any network sim card.
