MCK code Samsung Galaxy S9

Hi. I’ve received a MCK code, can someone please advise how to input this. Do I put it in where it’s asks for PUK code?

I’ve tried the PUK codes provided but all say unsuccessful, I now requested for a MCK code, but I’m just confused as to where this will be entered. I’ve been told I will receive a MCK and new NUC code, will just wait till I receive these. But once I do how do I input these? As don’t want to do something incorrect and make things worse. Thank you

Hey there @saf_saj - I understand how important it is to get this sorted and your phone unlocked. Could you provide us with a screenshot/picture of your phone screen asking for this code please?

I'd advise to drop us a DM on social media with your mobile/account number and IMEI so that we can get you a new code sorted 🙂

Hi this is what it says in on the screen

"SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM
network PUK"

so do I enter the MCK here, and then the NUC.

Thank you for clarifying @saf_saj - As you've mentioned before, your phone is asking for a PUK code instead of an Network Unlock Code or Master Unlock code.

What network is your SIM card with? If it is with Vodafone, please drop us a DM on social media if you haven't already via the link above so that we can provide you with your PUK code.

If you SIM card is with another network you'll need to get in touch with them to retrieve the code.
