Unlock code not working

Hi, I have received my unlock code twice but cant get it to work. My phone requests "SIM network unlock PIN" when I use the code sent it does not work...any help will be much appreciated.

A little background, the phone is ex company phone, not been used for a while but there was no problem getting the unlock code from Vodafone when I filled in the online form. Just the opposite, code was emailed within 20 minutes each time.  And yes, I double, triple, quadruple checked the IMEI code for the phone.

You are probably wanting to unlock your Samsung phone, drop the Social Team a message through Twitter or Facebook social channels @stevenrh and the Team will get the MCK Master Code you need to bring up the unlock menu to enable you to enter the code.
