MCK code required as changing network and NUC not working.

I did not know that my handset was only tied to Vodafone.  When I put into another SIM card it failed the NUC code.

The handset is now locked and needs an MCK code to unlock before a valid NUC code can be used.

Is this something that you can help me with?
