NUC Not working

My current Three mobile phone is damaged and doesn't work I have an old Galaxy S7 that I got from the Vodafone store as an upgrade. I put the Three Sim into the S7 restarted it and entered the unlock code sent by Vodafone but I get the message 'Network unlock request unsuccessful'
What can I do now?

I am sure your problems here @Desktop is you need the MCK code, AKA unfreeze PIN code to enter to bring up the unlocking menu. To get this code I would recommend sending the Social Team a message by following this information Speak to the Social Team 

The other alternative is to find an online unlocking service, you will be charged but you will get the phone unlocked a lot quicker.
