Hey @Awdukama, if you have inputted the wrong NUC too many times, you may need a Master Unlock Code. What device do you have?
I would advise dropping us a message on social media so that we can check your account and escalate this if needed. Make sure to include a link to this thread, your mobile/account number and the IMEI of the device.
