Nuc code not working xz premium

Hi There, 

Can someone from vf help, I have received a nuc code which just doesn't work. I've received it twice and entered it many 100% correctly but it just says unsuccessful. Imei is correct. 

Can't get through to a human to get help.

There have been reports of NUC codes not working correctly, but these mostly apply to Samsung devices, afaik.   Am I right in thinking this is a Sony phone?
