Cannot unlock phone but been more than 30 days

I tried to unlock an iPhone 11 Pro locked to Vodafone I purchased from ebay (MusicMagpie so a reputable seller) and couldn't due to having to wait for 30 days with my SIM in it. It has been more than 30 days now but when I submitted the request it got rejected again saying I had to wait 30 days...I am a Vodafone SIM only customer but would like to just get the phone unlocked anyway.

Not sure what I do here?

May assume you've used the some in the iPhone to make calls , texts etc over the 30 day criteria period @PlanetWilson  ?

Also a contract sim needs to have had x3 Bill's paid on time.

A Vodafone payg only needs 30 days in the phone with some usage.

Check the info within the unlocking request form.

Yes it is my main phone it is in use all the time. I have paid about 5 bills in total so far on this contract.
