I am still waiting on my nuc code . Tomorrow will be the 9th day and I don't understand why its taking so long as I can not phone or message anyone until I can put my sim in this phone .

Have you received an email from Vodafone initially accepting your unlocking request @Scottr1710  ?

Please also check spam email inboxes if you haven't already checked.

Occasionally it can take 10 days for Vodafone to get a Nuc if they haven't one on file for your phone model.

MY I also ask which phone model it is ?

Hi @Scottr1710. I appreciate this can be frustrating, but as @BandOfBrothers has advised, it can take up to 10 days after your confirmation email for the NUC to arrive with you. If you haven't received it after this point, I'd recommend contacting our Social Media team here. They can escalate the matter for you if necessary.
