Hi, am trying to unlock my Sony Xperia5 from Vodaphone, been through the process, got my Unlock code, but when input comes back as Unsuccessful - any ideas?
May I ask if your using an alternative Network Sim Card that is activated i.e connects to mobile data and that your in the Uk ?
Please don't try too many times or you could hardlock the phone which means then it'll need sending away to be reset.
Might be worth performing a forum search to see if there are any other similar threads.
I appreciate it's not the same phone model.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can have the Nuc checked.
