Vodafone Connect Router Queries - Apple Mac and printer server on router

Hi.

I am trying to set up an Apple Macbook to the printer  i have connected on the USB port or the Vodafone router. I have no problem setting up a PC to connect to the share but cannot figure out what I am doing wrong when setting it up on the Mac.

Anyone have any ideas?

Is the Mac even compatible with the router's print server?

Hello, no error message - looks like everything is set up properly, but when looking on the printer utility page says "unable to communicate with the selected device. It may have been turned off or disconnected."

It's not turned off and not disconnected.

When I send a test page to print it seems as if it all goes through correctly but there is no action from the printer or no error message from the print queue.

How strange! Is this a new issue that you can't get connected or have you had trouble since joining the service? Mark
