hihave just recieved my unlock code for my S9i have checked the imei number i sent and it matchesbut the code does not workany advice please

I have requested the NUC code, but the code does not unlock my phone. I have this new error code : " SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK".I understand I need an unfreeze code or MSK code.
