hihave just recieved my unlock code for my S9i have checked the imei number i sent  and it matchesbut the code does not workany advice please

Unable to unlock Sony Xperia 5 with NUC

HI,I sent Vodafone reps my details with IMEI number and they sent me a NUC.For the Sony Xperia 5I put in a working SIM card and the NUC did not work.Showed the message that everyone has been posting about.Any ideas?Thank you
