Good morning, since June 22 we are blocked with the users of the VODAFONE operator, it seems to me that Secure Net is serious about blocking the web, but it does not pay attention to reviewing this forum and unblocking.
It is true that new users are afraid to use our website, because Secure Net sends an SMS message that our page is fraudulent, they are discrediting us, but we also have users with more than 5 years and they know that it is not like that and they have even told me stated that if they continue to keep kepido.com blocked they will see the need to change mobile operators such as Movistar, Orange Yoigo who trust kepido.com.

Hi @plasalvia. As advised on the other thread here, our Support team have reviewed the URL in question (kepido.com) and have confirmed that it's not being blocked by Secure Net, it's categorised as 'Restaurants'.

I can see from our previous messages that your site's not being blocked via Secure Net through the Vodafone UK network and is classified as a restaurant. 

From the information provided in your last message, can you advise if the person trying to access the site is connecting via the Vodafone UK network?

No, it is through Vodafone Spain, but in Vodafone Spain they state that Secure Net is from the parent company
