Hi so a friend of the family gave me an s10+ and said it just needs unlocking as they were with vodafone and im with a different network.
They did mention they didnt pay the last bill as thier was a dispute between them and the company.
When i put my sim card in it says sim network unlock pin - how do i get this sorted? do i contact vodafone? equally i dont want to be involved or cause trouble for the friend of the family as they have not sold the phone to me and have been honest but i would like to be able to use this phone.
