Problems Adding User

Just bought a Vodafone Sure Signal, and an hour later still haven't got the lights working...

When adding phone numbers/users, I'm getting this message:

Sorry. You can only add users who have a Vodafone mobile phone number. This will start with 07, and have 11 digits.

Obviously, I've tried prefixing the number with 44, +44 etc - but nothing works. 

Any ideas?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
