Benefits come with the monthly plan you choose and depends how much you want to pay. Take a look at SIM only contracts from the website.

yeh I chose the monthly plan but Vodafone did not allow me to choose my 4 benefits

If you've chosen a plan with 4 Xtra benefits @Shaukat, then it'll include Unlimited Picture Messaging, Device Care, 6x Unlimited Data Boosters and Inclusive roaming in 83 or 51 destinations.
