Call to Voicemail

My phone goes to Voicemail immediately after one ring when a certain number calls me.  It only happens from this specific number.

Is this always happened or has it just started @ruthjoines50

Can you try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination  ?

If all your preferences settings look good then perhaps speak to Live Chat or call 191 and ask.

And ask the person ringing you to check things on there side.

I have already and I have no numbers in my blocked list.

I shall try 191 next. I can’t really ask the caller to do anything as it is my hospital consultant’s office.
