As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to help rule out the phone. sim card and network.

Does this happen everywhere also ?

To rule out local or surrounding mast issues.

And to certain contacts or all of.them ?

To rule out if you or the recipient has added numbers to the phones text blocking feature.

Hi @Sjh660

Lets see if this can be solved for you.  The first thing to do is to take a look at the following two links.

How do I set up text messages?

About iMessage and SMS/MMS

If you have the correct message centre number, try turning off your imessaging, this will force the phone to send as SMS.

If you still have the same issues after doing the checks please come back to the forum.

Hi,

everything checks out regarding the links you’ve sent, however, I still can’t send texts to international numbers such as danish numbers

You can try force restarting your iPhone 6 at first. If it doesn't work, try out using third-party iOS system repair tools such as TunesKit iOS System Repair, imyfone, etc to deal with it without data loss.

I tried many solutions online , but finally solved it by turning on Live Text settings on iPhone.

If Live Text isn’t working on your iPhone, I can see how that might be frustrating, especially since it's such a cool feature. Being able to just point your camera at text and interact with it is super handy, so when it doesn’t work, it’s like missing out on one of those little futuristic conveniences.

The first thing to check is whether Live Text is actually enabled on your phone. Apple sometimes keeps features off by default, or they can get toggled off after an update. You can check this by going to Settings, then tapping on General. Scroll down to Language & Region, and make sure Live Text is turned on.

Another thing is that Live Text only works on certain iPhones—basically, you need at least an iPhone XR or newer to use it, since it’s dependent on the neural engine in those newer models. And, believe it or not, it also only works with specific languages for now, so if you’re trying it with a language that isn’t supported, that might be why it’s not kicking in.

If Live Text is on and your iPhone model supports it, but it's still not working, try giving your phone a restart. I know it’s the go-to advice for almost any tech issue, but honestly, it fixes a lot of these small glitches! You might also want to check if your phone is running the latest version of iOS, since updates often bring fixes for these sorts of issues.

If you have problem persist after trying these solution, you can follow for more details assistance below.
