DPA pin

I’m trying to set up my one number plan and it’s asking for a DPA pin. I thought this was my pin for my account but it’s not HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Hopefully a member who actually uses Vodafone Onenumber and knows about this pin will reply to help you.

In the interim Vodafone Customer Support on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries  will have access to accounts to help.

There is some support and faqs in this link however I cant see anything about a " dpa pin "

The DPA PIN is the data protection verification PIN sent by text to the phone and account you wish to pair to share your allowances with the One Number device @tinibopper50  Providing you had signal at the location this should have been received.

If you did not receive the PIN the quickest way for account access is to speak to a live chat advisor or contact the Social Team through Twitter or Facebook channels.
