Have been unable to get new sim for ages now.
Can't order replacement as customer service has opened a order on my account which wont close.
After esim swap I got no access to any accounts. Two factor authentication set up nearly everywhere with it.
Has anyone got same problem. All customer service is doing is offering to give me £5 credit towards the bill. Like you shouldn't be billing me at all if I got no active line due to your failure.
